I believe systems run businesses, not founders. Each of my companies is run day-to-day by a trained second-in-command, on SOPs that evolve with every challenge — closing loopholes as we find them. Building systems without loopholes is the discipline behind everything I've built.
That conviction was earned the hard way. Twenty years delivering infrastructure on time and to spec — road projects in Oman, public works in Kerala as an approved government contractor since 2015 — taught me that quality is a system, not a heroic act.
I've since applied it across three private limited companies in food and industrial engineering: Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (Fresh Eats), Prakrish Ventures Pvt. Ltd., and Pentabel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. — each running on its own playbook. Routzell is that belief productised: an operating system for a market that still runs on memory and trust.
Two very different industries, run on the same operating discipline. That repeatability is the point.

I began with PATI Sdn Bhd on projects in Kerala as a site engineer, then relocated to Oman, advancing into planning engineering and project management. There I delivered road packages under genuine schedule, safety and quality pressure — the standard that still governs everything I build.
I returned to Kerala and qualified as an approved government contractor, executing public-works projects under LSGD and PWD — carrying infrastructure-grade documentation and quality standards into every job.
I founded Farmour Ventures and launched B2C e-commerce for fresh fish and meat, then built a premium Ready-to-Eat line under the Fresh Eats brand — today stocked on Lulu Hypermarket, Instamart and Blinkit.
I established Prakrish Ventures to supply processed fresh chicken to institutional buyers, building the sourcing, hygiene SOPs and distribution workflows that a B2B supply chain demands.
I co-founded Pentabel Engineering to take on industrial work in gas stations and gas-line construction, applying the same safety-first execution and disciplined documentation that defined my road-project years.
A heritage Kerala food venture, now live in Phase 1 — B2B breakfast supply paired with a cloud kitchen, run day-to-day by a dedicated, industry-experienced co-founder as its integrator. Traditional recipes brought to institutional and quick-commerce buyers on a finalised playbook.
The operating system for South India's FMCG market: a four-pillar network of last-mile distribution, ROUTZ Dukaan billing software, the Palhaar homemaker food brand, and Bizential free education — each pillar compounding the others.
